We may accept provisional reservations for customers who are considering regular use. Please fill in your desired meeting room and desired date and time using “Contact Form.”
Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been completed. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, so please check it.
You can make a reservation until the last minute if the room is available. However, please note that a cancellation fee of at least 50% will be charged from 10 days before the date of use, so be sure to check the cancellation policy.

You can bring any non-alcoholic beverages and any foods into meeting rooms, but alcoholic beverages are also allowed in the party rooms. We ask that you take your trash home with you when you leave. Thank you for your cooperation.
