As a general rule, free previews are not available for conference rooms with a capacity of less than 20 people.

please make a reservation for a minimum amount of time and for a fee as usual.

For customers who are considering large-scale meeting rooms for 25 or more people or regular use, we may be able to offer a preview. Please fill in your desired meeting room and desired date and time using “Contact Form.”

If you want to go to “Contact Form“, after logging in, click the icon in the top right corner of the site, and then go to “Contact Form.”

【FAQ】Can I make a provisional reservation?

In principle, we do not accept provisional reservations for this conference room. We may accept provisional reservations for customers who are considering regular use. Please fill in your desired meeting room and desired date and time using “Contact Form.”

We do not accept the change in advance. If you wish to change the layout, please make the changes yourself. Also, when you leave, we ask that you return to the layout you had when you entered.
